REFUND POLICY

There is no return/refund policy in any case except the case when the stock is not available and the order has been placed or any other exceptional case.

PhonePro electronics reserves all rights to reject any kind of claim/refund for any kind of order placed through website www.phoneproelectronics.com.

Proper un-boxing video and photos are required as a proof for any kind of dispute/issue from the time parcel has been received in intact condition till opening.

PhonePro electronics will review the issue first and then decide further action to be taken.

Any kind of issue/dispute will only be entertained if raised within 24 hours when the order has been received.

In case if any claim/refund has been passed by the team, it may take up-to 7 working days to transfer the amount to the customer.

The amount will be credited in the same account from which the payment has been made.
