2) Product may carry all the accessories as new but may not be of the same brand or no accessory at all.

3) Product may have a few visible signs of earlier use.

4) Box of the product may be generic and damaged.

5) Product may have visible scratches or dents on the body.

6) Product is backed by manufacturer warranty from brand for upto 12 months.

7) Product may/may not have full warranty from respective brand.

8) Product shown in the image may not exactly look like same.

9) Images used are for reference purpose only.

10) All the open box products are like brand new backed by brand warranty for upto 12 months and may have no warranty at all.

11) Products may be previously registered to some other account/person/company.

12) Phoneproelectronics.com will not provide any kind of warranty on the product from its end, customer has to contact the respective brand/manufacturer for the after sales services.

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Phoneproelectronics provides price protection for items during refund and returns. However, if the price of a product increases before the shipment, you shall be notified of the same. In such a scenario, the product shall be shipped based on your confirmation. Posted prices include all taxes and charges. In case there are any additional charges or taxes the same will be mentioned on the website.

 

Payment

We accept payment by Credit card / Debit card / Wallets / IMPS / Net banking / UPI / Gift card. EMI / no cost EMI.

 

We only take pre paid orders and doesn’t provide cash on delivery option.

 

Shipping and Handling

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services. We usually ship the ordered product in 5 to 6 working days. 

 

shipping and delivery charges will be extra and more than Rs 500/- for home appliances and big size items for example: Tv, Monitor, Fridge, washing machine, AC, home Theatre, Coolers, oven etc.

 

Cancellation of Order by phoneproelectronics

Phoneproelectronics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product due to any of the below reasons:

·        Technical issues related to pricing information.

·        Non-availability of the product(s).

·        Payment problem identified by Fraud Detection Department.

 

This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
